High Tech Crime Investigations

This program is funded through a grant provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and was overseen by retired Chief County Detective Larry Dombrowski. District Attorney Jack Daneri and the High Tech Crime Unit is one of only two listed points of contact for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the U.S. Department of Justice “Electronic Crime Scene Investigation: A Guide for First Responders.” Chief Dombrowski has preformed computer forensics for police agencies in numerous counties in Pennsylvania, Chautauqua County, New York, and for federal agencies.
